Raised in Kuwait and studied in New York, Kyo Kim creates music defined by originality, fluidity, and a spirit of exploration — drawing from travels, diverse cultures, sounds, and experiences gathered along the way.

Now based in South Korea, Kyo works across academic and performance settings, developing cross-genre projects while teaching international students and gaining continuous artistic and industry insight from diverse cultural perspectives.
